### Description of Service Continue building your grant application with an additional **3-hour collaborative working session** for clients who have already completed a **Grant Writing" Insight Session** or **Biz Experience & Insight" Session with me. As a certified government contractor and experienced entrepreneur, I provide educational insight and collaborative writing support based on my personal experience helping organizations secure **over $500,000 in Virginia grant funding.** **Please Note:** I am **not** an attorney, CPA, grant writer, financial advisor, or licensed professional consultant. I do **not** provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. All guidance is based solely on my lived experience, and you are solely responsible for all decisions, content, and submissions made on behalf of your organization. ### Your 3-Hour Session Includes • Three (3) hours of collaborative working time. • Assistance refining or drafting your Executive Summary, Organizational History, Statement of Need, Project Description, Goals & Outcomes, Budget Narrative, and other grant sections, as applicable. • Written notes and recommended next steps. ### Frequently Asked Questions **Can for-profit businesses book?** Limited opportunities exist. If you operate a for-profit LLC or corporation, contact me **before purchasing.** **Do you prepare grant applications?** Yes, I assist with Virginia state grant applications and funder-specific formats. **Do NOT book this service unless you have first completed a Grant Insight Session.** **Do you prepare federal or research grants?** No. My experience is focused on Virginia state grant opportunities. **What areas do you have experience in?** Behavioral health, human services, education, housing, community and economic development, arts, faith-based organizations, environmental initiatives, and special population programs. **Do you guarantee funding?** No. Grant awards are determined solely by the funding organization. **Additional Information:** This service is for **existing clients only**. Services are **not available** to businesses deriving **70% or more of their revenue from gambling-related activities.** Need additional time? Purchase more hours by selecting **"Additional Participants."** **All Sales Final.**

## Terms & Conditions / Booking Policy By booking an Insight Session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. **Service:** I provide educational insight based solely on my lived experience as a certified government contractor and entrepreneur. I am **not** an attorney, consultant, CPA, grant writer, financial advisor, or licensed professional. Nothing discussed constitutes legal, financial, tax, procurement, grant, or professional advice. You alone are responsible for all business decisions. **Booking & Payment:** Payment is required to reserve your appointment. Your appointment time is held exclusively for you. **Cancellation/Rescheduling:** Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least **24 hours' notice**. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a No-Show. **No-Show Fee:** A No-Show includes failing to attend, arriving more than 15 minutes late, or canceling within 48 hours of your appointment. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file a **$50 No-Show Administrative Fee**. You acknowledge this fee is a reasonable estimate of administrative costs and lost scheduling opportunities and is **not a penalty**. **Authorization:** By submitting payment, you certify you are the authorized cardholder and authorize charges for the purchased service and any fees expressly described in these Terms. **No Guarantees:** No guarantee is made regarding grant funding, contract awards, certifications, or business success. Results vary based on factors outside our control. **All Sales Final:** All purchases are final. Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable law. **Intellectual Property:** All materials, summaries, and resources remain our property and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission. **Liability:** To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session. **Governing Law:** These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. **Electronic Consent:** By checking the required box and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the $50 No-Show Administrative Fee and authorization to charge your payment method as described.
