### Description of Service As a certified government contractor and experienced entrepreneur, I offer one-on-one **Business and/or Funding Insight Sessions** designed to help you evaluate your business goals, funding opportunities, and strategic direction. My guidance is based solely on my personal entrepreneurial and government contracting experience. **Please Note:** I am **not** an attorney, consultant, CPA, financial advisor, or licensed professional. I do **not** provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. All information shared is for educational purposes only, and **you remain solely responsible for all decisions made for your business.** ### Your Session Includes * **30-Minute Discovery Session** to understand your business, goals, challenges, and funding objectives while identifying potential next steps. * **30-Minute Strategy & Q&A Session** where I'll share practical insights, lessons learned, and real-world experiences to help you evaluate possible business or funding paths. * **Meeting Transcript & Session Summary** outlining what we discussed, your identified next steps, and helpful tools or resources I've personally used, when applicable. Startups, nonprofits, small businesses, and independent contractors are encouraged to book. **Eligibility:** This service is **not available** to businesses deriving **70% or more of their revenue from gambling-related activities.** Need additional strategy time? Simply purchase more hours by selecting **"Additional Participants"** during checkout to extend your session. **Reserve your session today.** **All Sales Final.**

## Terms & Conditions / Booking Policy By booking an Insight Session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. **Service:** I provide educational insight based solely on my lived experience as a certified government contractor and entrepreneur. I am **not** an attorney, consultant, CPA, grant writer, financial advisor, or licensed professional. Nothing discussed constitutes legal, financial, tax, procurement, grant, or professional advice. You alone are responsible for all business decisions. **Booking & Payment:** Payment is required to reserve your appointment. Your appointment time is held exclusively for you. **Cancellation/Rescheduling:** Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least **24 hours' notice**. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a No-Show. **No-Show Fee:** A No-Show includes failing to attend, arriving more than 15 minutes late, or canceling within 48 hours of your appointment. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file a **$50 No-Show Administrative Fee**. You acknowledge this fee is a reasonable estimate of administrative costs and lost scheduling opportunities and is **not a penalty**. **Authorization:** By submitting payment, you certify you are the authorized cardholder and authorize charges for the purchased service and any fees expressly described in these Terms. **No Guarantees:** No guarantee is made regarding grant funding, contract awards, certifications, or business success. Results vary based on factors outside our control. **All Sales Final:** All purchases are final. Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable law. **Intellectual Property:** All materials, summaries, and resources remain our property and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission. **Liability:** To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session. **Governing Law:** These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. **Electronic Consent:** By checking the required box and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the $50 No-Show Administrative Fee and authorization to charge your payment method as described.
