Description of Service As a certified government contractor and experienced entrepreneur, I offer one-on-one Grant Insight Sessions designed to help you think through your grant goals, business ideas, and potential funding opportunities. These sessions are educational in nature and are based solely on my personal business and government contracting experience. Please Note: I am not an attorney, consultant, CPA, financial advisor, or licensed professional. I do not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Any information shared is for educational purposes only, and you are solely responsible for all decisions made for your business. Your session includes: 1) 30-Minute Personalized Insight Session – We'll discuss your goals from beginning to end, identify your needs, and explore ideas and potential next steps based on my lived experience. 2) 30-Minute Q&A Session – Ask questions in an open discussion where I'll share lessons learned, practical insights, and strategies from my own entrepreneurial and government contracting journey to help you evaluate your options. 3) Written Session Summary – You'll receive a summary of our discussion, including key takeaways, your identified next steps, and any helpful resources or tools I have personally used, when applicable. Startups, small businesses, nonprofits, and independent contractors are encouraged to book. Eligibility: This service is not available to businesses where 70% or more of revenue is derived from gambling-related activities. Need More Time? If you would like additional strategy time, simply purchase additional hours by selecting "Additional Participants" during checkout to extend your session. Reserve your session today! ## Terms & Conditions / Booking Policy By booking an Insight Session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. **Service:** I provide educational insight based solely on my lived experience as a certified government contractor and entrepreneur. I am **not** an attorney, consultant, CPA, grant writer, financial advisor, or licensed professional. Nothing discussed constitutes legal, financial, tax, procurement, grant, or professional advice. You alone are responsible for all business decisions. **Booking & Payment:** Payment is required to reserve your appointment. Your appointment time is held exclusively for you. **Cancellation/Rescheduling:** Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least **24 hours' notice**. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a No-Show. **No-Show Fee:** A No-Show includes failing to attend, arriving more than 15 minutes late, or canceling within 48 hours of your appointment. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file a **$50 No-Show Administrative Fee**. You acknowledge this fee is a reasonable estimate of administrative costs and lost scheduling opportunities and is **not a penalty**. **Authorization:** By submitting payment, you certify you are the authorized cardholder and authorize charges for the purchased service and any fees expressly described in these Terms. **No Guarantees:** No guarantee is made regarding grant funding, contract awards, certifications, or business success. Results vary based on factors outside our control. **All Sales Final:** All purchases are final. Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable law. **Intellectual Property:** All materials, summaries, and resources remain our property and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission. **Liability:** To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session. **Governing Law:** These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. **Electronic Consent:** By checking the required box and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the $50 No-Show Administrative Fee and authorization to charge your payment method as described.
