Service Description
### What You'll Receive Your purchase includes: * **One (1) 60-Minute Website Design Strategy Session** to discuss your website goals, design preferences, functionality, and overall vision. * **Three (3) Custom Web Pages** designed based on our strategy session. Website copy/content is **not included**. You are responsible for providing all text, images, logos, and other content for your website. * **Three (3) Revision Rounds** to refine the original design. Additional revisions beyond the three included are billed at **$125 per hour** (1-hour minimum), then in **15-minute increments** thereafter. **All Sales Final.**

## Terms & Conditions / Booking Policy By booking an Insight Session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. **Service:** I provide educational insight based solely on my lived experience as a certified government contractor and entrepreneur. I am **not** an attorney, consultant, CPA, grant writer, financial advisor, or licensed professional. Nothing discussed constitutes legal, financial, tax, procurement, grant, or professional advice. You alone are responsible for all business decisions. **Booking & Payment:** Payment is required to reserve your appointment. Your appointment time is held exclusively for you. **Cancellation/Rescheduling:** Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least **24 hours' notice**. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a No-Show. **No-Show Fee:** A No-Show includes failing to attend, arriving more than 15 minutes late, or canceling within 48 hours of your appointment. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file a **$50 No-Show Administrative Fee**. You acknowledge this fee is a reasonable estimate of administrative costs and lost scheduling opportunities and is **not a penalty**. **Authorization:** By submitting payment, you certify you are the authorized cardholder and authorize charges for the purchased service and any fees expressly described in these Terms. **No Guarantees:** No guarantee is made regarding grant funding, contract awards, certifications, or business success. Results vary based on factors outside our control. **All Sales Final:** All purchases are final. Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable law. **Intellectual Property:** All materials, summaries, and resources remain our property and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission. **Liability:** To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session. **Governing Law:** These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. **Electronic Consent:** By checking the required box and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the $50 No-Show Administrative Fee and authorization to charge your payment method as described.
